We will provide the following equipment:
- Our Professional sound equipment is well maintained, but if something breaks down we are equipped to make sure the music will continue without sacrificing anything in our music selection.
- Digital music will be played from a Laptop PC (with PC backup).
- Wireless and wired microphones are always available for toasts and presentations.
- Dance Lighting is included for every event.
- Uplighting is optional as detailed in our Package Pricing.
- Most venues will provide a table for the DJ. If we are required to bring our own table, just let us know and we will do so at no extra charge.

About First Request Music
Each of our DJ’s has 10+ years of experience in providing entertainment to guests aged 1 to 100. we enjoy acting as DJ and MC at events, and strive to make sure guests of all ages enjoy the party.
It is our aim to play a great selection of music for listening and dancing as the itinerary requires. We know what songs are currently in demand and have the top hits from prior years so we can play the right mix of great dance music to get the best response from your guests. Each event brings in a different mix of age groups and we adjust our play list accordingly at every event.
Background music will be played at a reasonable volume during cocktails and dinner so your guests can enjoy visiting with others.
Your DJ will arrive at least 1-2 hours prior to the starting time to complete our set up for your event and will have music started before the event begins.
